Quick Thoughts
Previously, Prime members had access to one year of free GrubHub+ and then it auto-renewed at $9.99/month, but Amazon has now converted it into an ongoing benefit. For those who use it, it’s a great add-on to a service that you’re already paying for and, for those who don’t, at least you don’t have to worry about the auto-renewal.
Many readers report using pick up to avoid delivery fees when making use of their Amex Gold card monthly benefit, but this deal means being able to choose delivery if that’s convenient (as long as you’re willing to spend at least a couple of bucks out of pocket anyway). I’ll sign up for this even though I don’t often find a use for GrubHub because this will at least make it more worthwhile to use when I’m traveling in an area with GrubHub delivery.
